1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories (if applicable).
  
• A return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  
• Items without original packaging
  
• Hygiene-related products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items), unless defective
  
• Clearance, sale, or special-offer items (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)
  

2. Return Request Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at our Customer Service page with the following details:

1. Order number
   
2. Product name
   
3. Reason for return
   
4. Photos or video as proof (for damaged or incorrect items)
   

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps for sending the item back or for processing your claim.

Please do not return any item without approval, as it may not be processed.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:

• Original payment method
  
• Store credit (if preferred)
  

Please note:

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  
• If the product was delivered but the customer changes their mind, a small processing fee may apply.
  

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to offer a free replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
If cancellation is not possible, you may request a return after the item is delivered (following our standard return guidelines).

6. Items Lost in Transit

If your order is delayed or appears lost, we will work directly with our logistic partners to resolve the issue.

If the carrier confirms that a package is lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
